The Golf Course logs in and along with the information such as Contact information, Course information and uploading logos and photographs of the Golf course can set up the pricing of Tee times. It is important to set the Rack Tee time first. By setting the rack tee time the Golf course has a fall back in the absence of Standard Pricing or the Dynamic Pricing the system will automatically publish the Rack Rate. The Golf Course also sets the Standard Pricing for Weekday, Weekend and Special Holidays and Saves this information on the system.




After having set this information the Golf Course manager can publish Dynamic Pricing at any point to time or day to be able to publish various tee time rates in real time. We also provide the weather information for the different dates which along with the actual tee time booking situation at the golf course can be used to take decisions on the pricing of tee times. The Dynamic price can be limited by the number of golfers you wish to allow at that specific price too.

After the Dynamic Prices are saved and they are automatically published both on the Micro site of the golf course and the Booking engine where your customers can go and book their tee time.
