Once you have signed up as a Foretee partner Golf Course, you will receive confirmation email with your login access information.

Step 1. Login and Golf Course Details
Please go to the Golf Course Operators area of our website and on the left side you will see the login area. Here use your registered email address and password to login into the Golf Course Manager. Here you can edit the details of your golf course as seen on the information page / micro site dedicated to your golf course.

Step 2. Rack Tee Time Rate and its importance
Besides publishing details, photographs and information about your Golf Course, you are now ready to publish tee time rates. First we suggest you to publish your Rack Tee time. This is important because in the absence of Dynamic Price, the system will automatically fall back to this higher price and offered to the public.

Step 3. Standard weekday, weekend and holiday rates for morning, afternoon and twilight
Now if you are a Golf Course which that publishes standard rates for different days and different parts of the day like Morning, Afternoon and Twilight, we suggest you the fill in these details. This setting like your Rack Rate setting will stay on the system all the time. When the Dynamic Price is not available the system will first search for these Standard Prices and if they don’t exist then it falls back to the Rack Tee time rate.

Step 4. Dynamic Pricing
These are the rates that you as a Golf Course operator can change in real time and attract more people to the golf course or earn more revenue per round played. To make it easier for you to take a decision we provide the same weather forecast that we provide to the golfers. Based on your load or the weather or whatever other reason, you can change these prices for the next 10 days as and when you want. It is easy to publish a special price and the maximum number of golfers you want to allow at that price. After that number is exhausted or if this price is not entered the system will automatically take the standard price or fall back to the Rack tee time as a last resot.

Step 5. Saving the details and logging out of the system.
Once you have made the necessary rate or information change click the Save and publish button on the top of your page and after that you can click the Logout button. Now you are ready to sell tee times at your new published rates.
